39وَاستَكبَرَ هُوَ وَجُنودُهُ فِي الأَرضِ بِغَيرِ الحَقِّ وَظَنّوا أَنَّهُم إِلَينا لا يُرجَعونَTalal ItaniHe and his troops acted arrogantly in the land, with no justification. They thought they would not be returned to Us.
