39وَاستَكبَرَ هُوَ وَجُنودُهُ فِي الأَرضِ بِغَيرِ الحَقِّ وَظَنّوا أَنَّهُم إِلَينا لا يُرجَعونَ(Irfan-ul-Quran)And he (Pharaoh) himself and his warriors were unjust in the land doing arrogance and defiance and thought they would not be brought back to Us.
